Kingfisher Lure – Bathroom Refurbishments

We were asked to do a complete refurbishment on two rooms – the main bathroom and en-suite to the master bedroom.

Both rooms were in line with each other and back to back. The main bathroom was 700mm longer than the en-suite so we recommended removing the dividing wall and rebuilding it to make both rooms the same length.

There was some structural work to the roof trusses as the dividing wall was a supporting wall. After this work was complete we had enough room to put equal size shower and bath areas in both rooms which we tiled and furnished.
